How to cancel or reschedule

Please send a WhatsApp message to 074 567 6186 or call us directly. We will confirm your cancellation or reschedule as soon as we receive it.

Notice periods

• More than 24 hours' notice: free rescheduling or cancellation with full refund of any deposit paid.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: we may charge a late-cancellation fee or retain any deposit to cover the reserved time.
• No-show: the full treatment fee may be charged.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to deliver the full treatment, but your session may need to finish at the original time so the next client is not delayed. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Our right to reschedule

We may occasionally need to reschedule an appointment due to therapist illness or emergencies. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer the next available slot or a full refund.
